- We believe rural Americans have a right to the same services as urban Americans. That’s why we’re building a state-of-the-art 4G LTE wireless network, using the same technology as networks being built in New York City, Shanghai, Hong Kong, and London.
- We believe everyone deserves access to the Internet. That’s why we’re about half the cost of our competition, with packages starting at $10/month.
- We believe that the internet is the new global marketplace. VTel Wireless has no retail outlet stores, and we pass our savings on to the customer.
- We believe transparency and honesty are not antiquated values – they matter now more than ever. That’s why we want every VTel Wireless customer to know the full cost of our services. We don’t hide extra charges in the fine print – there are no surprises when you open your bill.
- We believe that the customer is always right. If you’re unhappy with your service, tell us, and we’ll give you a free month of service once per year. No questions asked.
- We believe in Vermont. VTel has provided world-class technology, with down-home service, to Vermont since 1890. We leverage local resources by using silos and the inside of church steeples as wireless sites.
- We believe in supporting the local economy. All VTel Wireless employees are based in or near Springfield, Vermont, where our company is headquartered. When you call us, you’ll find a friendly and informative Vermont-based representative on the other line.
- We believe in next-generation technologies. VTel Wireless does not support obsolete 2G and 3G services. As America’s first 100% 4G LTE network, our technology is faster, lighter, and consumes less energy, which translates to cost-savings for the customer.
- We believe that voice should be free. Paying separately for voice and data is yesterday’s news. In 2016, voice is data.
- We believe that devices should be unlocked. The United States is one of the few places in the world where phones remain “locked” to one single carrier, which limits consumer flexibility. That’s why all devices purchased from VTel Wireless are unlocked, and passed on to our customers at our cost, plus shipping.
- We believe in green. We encourage all of our customers to use paperless billing, and the paper we do use is recycled. We’ve worked hard to minimize the size and weight of our equipment, as well as our electricity use at wireless sites. The resulting 75% smaller technology footprint means lower energy consumption.
We use fuel-efficient vehicles for less impact on the environment.
